Fan Art Page

I made a "Fan Art" page that im sure you all saw. It has fan art that users submitted (slurpy and ahhgoobras).
I plan on it having tons of fan art so i am not sure how i will organize the page. Should i make it sort of like a photo gallery where there are a bunch of icons and you can click the icon and the image will get bigger? Should i just keep it the way it is and put a little index of the artists and someone could click on the artist to jump to their drawings? Help me out.

How about have a picture of one fanart per person who drew them and then you click on it and it opens up into a gallery for that person.

if you have fan art but you don't know how to post it on the forums, so you send it in a email, does it get posted on the fan art page?
