Watch the Episode on simpsonsepisodes.comFunny Episode, Burns was great as usual. I didn't expect him to be so great in season one as he was still being developed in a way but this episode really had good characterization for him. Some funny jokes came from the simpsons looking in other peoples windows and the Marvin Monroe ad. The First Itchy and Scratchy on the Half hour show was very good and the callback to the shorts with 'frosty chocolate milkshakes' was good too!
Some Bad things. The 'adorable' baby was the ugliest thing ever. Lisa was extremely out of character at the picnic, since when was she a trouble maker? Barney was a jerk and it was a little boring in parts.

It was better then the last episode at an 8.5/10 A Great Season one episode!
