I got to thinking about this website today and realized that without a "The Simpsons News" section we cannot fully be a true fan site (in my opinion). So we need to develop a "news" part of the website.. I thought of taking the easy way out and just find some simpsons news feed (since i don't have that much time on my hands right now), but i decided against it. Instead i thought i would ask to see if anyone wanted to be in charge of the entire news section.
That would mean finding and writing news about the simpsons and adding it to the future news page.
I would create the layout and make it really easy to handle for those who don't know programming.
You don't really need to know much html for this because i will place "comments" throughout the page that will tell you exactly where to put each headline, links, the news article, picture, etc.
For example, this is the part of the season page source code that displays information about the episode.
*****************************************************
<!--place icon and descrption for 1st episode of season in the div below.--> <h5>Episode 1102 Brother's Little Helper | <a href="
Simpsons Episodes | Watch The Simpsons Online and For Free | Video Viewer <div class="recent">
<img src="images/1102.gif" alt="Episode Image" />
<h2>
<!--insert episode title here-->Brother's Little Helper | <a href="
Simpsons Episodes | Watch The Simpsons Online and For Free | Video Viewer <p>
<!--insert description here-->Bart is diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder after his latest prank and is prescribed a drug that makes him calm and more intellectual at first, but ultimately turns him paranoid.<br><br>
</p>
</div>
<!--end of episode div-->*****************************************************
As you see, you just write in the information for the article, write in the header, place the picture, and WALAA! its done.
If no one is up for this then i guess i will go ahead and do it myself but i can really use the help.
P.S.: For the person who wants to take on this task, you are welcome to show on the page that the whole thing was written by you.
